well, let's see.. im a leo (altho i dont really believe in horoscopes, that does sum me up pretty well). i am attending UIC's graduate program to get my Ph.D in developmental and molecular biology. specifically, i am studying spectrin in drosophila. i love science, im a nerd. but don't be fooled, i have a pretty large wild/crazy streak, altho it's far more restrained than it used to be. i like hanging out with people, going on walks, organizing, and having long bizarre conversations. i love knowing people who are interesting and unique, and i can find those traits in basically anyone who isn't mean or rude. i've been told that i have a great sense of humor and quick wit. i do like making people laugh and entertaining others.

my past is filled with interesting things, and i love to tell stories and listen to other ppl's stories as well. i suppose that's why i like lj so much.
